There is a single day each year when the light refuses to leave. When the valley holds its breath, the fields are at full roar, and everything that was planted in hope is suddenly, gloriously here.
We are cooking for that day.
On June 20th, the Summer Solstice, we gather for the second Supper on the Hudson. The menu follows the light — bold, abundant, unrestrained. A table set for the brightest evening of the year — sungolds and stone fruit, open flames and warm spice, the Hudson Valley lit up and alive on every plate. Made from scratch, sourced within miles.
Slow food. Good company. Seats are limited.
What is Supper on the Hudson?
This is hyper-localized, farm-to-table, communal dining. Globally inspired food told through the lens of Pakistani & Sri Lankan cuisine. 100% organic. 100% halal.
Supper on the Hudson is a gathering of worlds where the past is carried forward with intention, ingredients are honored at their peak, and the Hudson Valley becomes a canvas for stories that stretch far beyond it.
Diners will experience what unfolds when food shaped by migration and memory meet the height of Hudson Valley harvests.
A table where heritage and seasonality are in constant dialogue emerges. Dishes rooted in generations of South Asian tradition are reinterpreted through the lens of the valley’s best producers, its orchards, dairies, vineyards and small farms. Time honor techniques meet halal, pasture-raised meats, freshly churned dairy, just picked fruit and bottles from nearby cellars creating something both deeply familiar and entirely new. This is Supper on the Hudson.
All tickets include a 5-course sit-down farm-to-table dinner. Dinner beings promptly at 6 PM.
