THE STORY

I named my business after my mother, Yasmeen Nazli. My husband made a beautiful connection between me and my mother that I had never realized. My mother has a longstanding career as an OB/GYN, a field she has seen much success in due to her keen dexterity.

I get my handskills from my mother, who in turn gets them from her mother. My nani is always keeping busy and creating with her hands - whether it’s refurbishing an old sweater into a tea cozy or testing out a new recipe she discovered on YouTube. We are a family of creators and innovators, and we have each discovered our unique way of serving our communities and families through our dexterity and passion.

The link that connects our generations is our handskills. My nani uses hers to craft heartfelt pieces for her family. My mother uses hers to serve a community of women and their children. And I use the skills that have transcended each generation, from one hand to the next, to bring you beautifully created and thoughtfully crafted goods that turn your special days into celebrations and your ordinary days into memorable moments.
